We prepare immigrants to learn English.
Bérard Auditory Integration Training (AIT) is an innovative technique of sound stimulation that adds a new positive dimension to the ESL (English as a Second Language) learning experience.

Opening up the ear to all the frequencies enables the listener
- to hear the sounds correctly,
- to process the sounds heard and
- to better integrate the language
and this is exactly what AIT does!
What does the course consist of?
It is varied and each session contains a mix of different music –jazz, reggae, rock, R&B, contemporary, male voices, female voices and some jazzed up classics.
- 2 x 30-minute listening sessions each day.
- Minimum of 3 hours between sessions.
- 20 sessions over 10 days.

What is the Product?
Our product, AIT, re-trains and “tunes” the ear. It is done with modified music via an electronic device that provides an aerobic workout to the entire hearing chain– opening it up to the full range of sound frequencies.
The strong association between music and language in terms of rhythm, phrasing, pitch and style makes AIT an ideal tool in learning a new language.
Although there is a strong bond between language and music, they all differ in their musicality.
The program is suitable for anyone who speaks a foreign language and would like to speak English fluently.
It is best to do the auditory training as early as possible in your English learning adventure. However, AIT can have significant benefits at any stage in the ESL process.
“Berard AIT is an educational intervention, and is not used to treat or cure medical conditions.”
What are the Benefits?
