…From my experience I have to admit that nothing I have done has made a huge difference……With AIT however, I could see immediate changes/improvements, subtle, but significant. I questioned myself thinking I just noticed the changes because I am paying attention to them, but because other people were noticing the changes as well, I knew it was from our AIT sessions.
